Standard Viola Rental

A viola rental gets you a quality student model viola that will meet the needs of beginners of all ages. We rent several brands of violas from Knilling, Howard Core, and our privately labeled Blanchard line. The brand of your rental is dependent on available inventory. Our quality control makes sure all used instruments are in excellent condition and good playing order. All viola rentals come with the instrument, a bow, and the case.

Viola Sizing

Violas come in several different sizes, the main four being 12", 13", 14", and 15" which we regularly have in stock. There are some speciality sizes meant for small children which may be available on a case-by-case basis, and larger sizes like 15.5" for step-ups or students that require a larger instrument. In order to determine which viola size is the right one for you, we recommend coming into the store to get properly sized. You can also use the sizing chart as a general guide. If you're not sure which size you need, go ahead and pick the size you think is best, fill out the rental contract, and we can double-check the size in store to make sure you have the correctly sized viola.
